For this particular project we were contacted by a local developer client to maximise the potential of the property. Working alongside Shropshire Council's Conservation officer we were able to secure planning approval for a 70% increase in floor area, a new two car detached garage, as well as modernising the existing cottage. The alterations and extension offer a new master suite with walk in dressing area, ensuite and feature balcony space. As well as an open plan kitchen/dining area at ground floor level with large expanses of glazing to maximise the outlook onto the surrounding paddock.
