We were approached by our client to transform an existing dated detached property in Shropshire that had been vacant for a number of years and required improvement. We were able to secure permission to drastically increase the size of the property. Adding another 2000 sq.ft to the existing property bringing it just under 4000sq.ft in total including a detached triple garage.
